Caps on Damages Held Unconstitutional

The Supreme Court of Georgia this morning unanimously held the caps on noneconomic damages provided by the Tort Reform Act of 2005 to be unconstitutional as a violation of the right to jury trial.  Details and summaries of the other opinions will be posted momentarily.
